Graphic Designer at Colibri Group

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the business team to produce top‑tier digital designs for various deliverables, including social media ads/banners, AI‑generated videos, lead magnets, landing pages, short graphic videos, motion graphics, animated GIFs, eBooks, print collateral, and other materials relevant to an ecommerce‑centric setting. The role may also include brand‑related tasks such as updating brand style guides and documentation.

The candidate should be a strategic thinker who recognizes the business impact of design and develops engaging solutions that effectively convey messages in alignment with objectives and brand guidelines.

• Design visually appealing and effective email layouts to support marketing and communication initiatives.
• Create original designs for digital ads, banners, website (front end), landing pages, short graphic videos, motion graphics, animated/static GIFs, and print collateral.
• Advise the Marketing Manager on design considerations and liaise with the internal creative team to share ideas, techniques, and best practices.
• Maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and the creative team.
• Proactively manage project schedules to avoid last‑minute projects and rush points, keeping project owners apprised of status.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency and effectiveness of visual communications by exploring relevant media, technologies, and production processes that offer cost‑effective enhancements.
• Stay informed about company products, current graphic design trends, tools, and industry developments that may lead to future visual communication opportunities.
• Collaborate individually and with the team to solve problems and offer creative visual design solutions.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the creative industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in multimedia, graphic design, interactive design, etc.
• Online portfolio with engaging digital design work.
• Solid academic background in graphic design techniques, theory, color palettes, and branding & style guides.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Suite products:
  Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, AI platforms used to generate videos, and other mainstream graphics and multimedia programs.
• Basic front‑end development knowledge in Flash, HTML, CSS, or other technologies is a plus.
• Thought leadership: strong point of view, ability to contribute to strategic development, promote conceptual thinking among the team.
