This is a licensing‑contingent position. Candidates must be willing to obtain an Arkansas Property & Casualty insurance license. Licensing is not required prior to starting. You’ll begin training immediately while working toward your license, and we provide full study materials, coaching, and support throughout the licensing process.
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily office communications.
- Assist customers with payments, policy questions, and general service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding service experience.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional insurance solutions and introduce them to the appropriate team member.
- Support the agency in delivering exceptional customer service every day.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable having customer conversations and identifying opportunities to support the sales team.
- Previous receptionist, hospitality, retail, banking, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
