Heart of LA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Care Center Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences via ITMs, calls, chat, and email. You will perform standard teller functions, assist members with inquiries, and support online services.
The role requires at least six months of customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule, including Saturdays, is expected to support member needs in our care center.
