In this role, you'll partner closely with our doctors, dental assistants, and clinic leaders to create a seamless patient experience, streamline everyday operations, and make every patient feel right at home.

What You'll Do

• Patient Engagement:
  Greet incoming patients, provide top-tier customer service, and ensure check-ins and check-outs are effortless.
• Scheduling & Accounts:
  Coordinate patient appointments to keep the clinic running on time, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate account records.
• Administrative Support:
  Manage digital dental health records, assist with inventory levels, and keep the front desk clean and organized.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.

  Strong verbal and written communication, reliable computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier multi-tasking abilities.
