The ED sees roughly 40,000 visits annually, averaging approximately 1.84 patients per hour, with NP/PA coverage supporting the department. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced EM physician looking for predictable blocks, ongoing work, and no call responsibilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MD or DO Residency Training in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or General Surgery Prior Emergency Medicine Experience Required Active Arkansas Medical License DEA with Arkansas Address and Required Schedules Broad Emergency Medicine Skill Set Board Certified physicians preferred Non-board-certified physicians may be considered with 2,500 ED hours within the last 5 years Applicable life-support certifications required ASSIGNMENT SNAPSHOT
