This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Corner back Coach located in Arkansas, United States. The Corner back Coach will oversee the development and performance of defensive backs, focusing on position‑specific skills, techniques, and strategies. Daily tasks include designing and delivering practice plans, analyzing game and practice footage, mentoring student‑athletes on and off the field, and assisting with recruitment efforts. The coach will collaborate closely with the broader coaching staff to ensure alignment with team goals and values while fostering the academic and athletic success of players.

• Expertise in corner back position coaching, including fundamentals, strategies, and techniques
• Proficiency in analyzing game footage and preparing defensive schemes
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to support player development both on and off the field
• Experience in recruitment and scouting to identify and attract talented student‑athletes
• Commitment to fostering academic success and character development among student‑athletes
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative coaching environment
• Previous coaching experience at the college level is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required;
  Master's degree is a plus
