Position OverviewAn elementary STEM teacher delivers hands‑on, project‑based lessons in science
, technology
, engineering
, and math to young learners. They build a safe classroom where kids use the 4 Cs (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) to solve real‑world problems.
- Plan and Teach: Create fun, inquiry-based lessons that combine core math and science concepts with engineering design.
- Guide Experiments: Lead children in hands‑on building, robotics, or coding. You act as a guide, not just a lecturer.
- Assess Growth: Grade student projects and evaluate how well kids grasp complex ideas.
- Manage the Lab: Maintain classroom tools, supplies, and technology.
