Summary ofJob Duties:
- General office duties such as data entry, word processing, copying, filing, and preparing correspondence
- Advising on the admission and/or enrollment processes
- Evaluating student applications and credentials for admissions and/or financial aid
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on various statistics
- Coordinating with other University departments to provide needed services
- Develop and present information in a variety of forums
- Assist with the coordination of New Student Orientation
- Creates, coordinates and reviews communications for consistency of messaging across multiple areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Professional in all interactions with students, staff, faculty, and others
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to work with and understand details
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Familiarity with the University campus and ability to give good directions to visitors/students
- Ability to work well and communicate clearly with others, including visitors, students, etc.
- Previous experience in Enrollment Services (Admissions, Orientation, or Recruitment)
