Federal Work Study Student - Performing Arts Assistant

The Arts & Humanities Division seeks a (1) Federal Work Study student to work 15 hours per week during the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms.

• Assist in the setup and creation of performing arts events
• Help with recruiting at fine arts events
• Support gallery openings and front‑of‑house duties for music and theatre events
• Assist during Fine Arts preview days

• Organizational skills and a warm, friendly personality
• Knowledge of Fine Arts

Minimum $11.00 per hour.

Requires sustained standing, walking, sitting, hand use, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. No requirements for vision.

Position requires a pre‑employment criminal and sex‑offender registry background check. Additional financial or credit history may be requested. Sealed convictions and dismissed misdemeanors are excluded.
