AV System Designer – Full Time – Remote, CST

Summary:Join our dynamic team as an AV System Designer! In this role, you will transform client needs into state-of-the-art audio, video, lighting, and control systems. This is a full-time, collaborative position where you’ll work closely with Sales, Installation, and Project Leads to ensure outstanding solutions.

Requirements:

• CTS credential required (CTS-I Preferred).
• Experience as a Customer Support or Project Lead.
• Enrollment in or completion of a CAD drafting course (online or in-person).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complete AV system concepts and designs tailored to client needs.
• Resolve technical questions and ensure seamless integration of all equipment.
• Build and publish quotes/proposals for clients.
• Draft detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Installation teams to drive project success.
