Position SummaryJunior position focused on providing support to the engineering department in the design and documentation of pumping equipment. Responsible for assisting in the generation of models, bills of materials, and technical documentation under supervision, contributing to meeting production deadlines and increasing the team's operational capacity.
Essential Responsibilities- Assist in verifying and uploading input data from the Sales department.
- Collaborate in generating Bills of Materials (BOMs) for pumps and skids.
- Support the design of parts, components, and assemblies using 3D modeling tools (PTC Creo or others).
- Make simple modifications to existing drawings and models.
- Generate and update technical project documentation.
- Collaborate in preparing production documentation.
- Support the team in releasing work orders on time and correctly.
- Assist in resolving basic technical problems in production and testing.
- Provide support to the engineering team in administrative and technical tasks.
- Interact with Design II and supervisors to ensure the correct execution of tasks.
- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Advanced student or recent graduate in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Work experience:
not required or up to 1 year (preferably internships or apprenticeships). - Basic knowledge of 3D modeling (PTC Creo, Solid Works, or similar).
- Basic AutoCAD skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- English: basic/intermediate level.
- Basic concepts of mechanical components (bearings, seals, couplings).
- Metal materials and structures.
- Manufacturing processes (machining, welding).
- Interpretation of technical drawings.
- Continuous learning: willingness to quickly acquire technical knowledge.
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate with more experienced technical profiles.
- Attention to detail: accuracy in documentation and data.
- Organization: basic management of priorities and timelines.
- Initial analytical thinking: ability to understand simple technical problems.
