Process EngineerThis job is full-time permanent. Provide technical expertise and leadership to the operations of the Fluff Pulp department, contributing to meet objectives for safety, environmental, quality, cost, and production performance.
Qualifications and Working Conditions- A bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Paper Science, Industrial).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Must be able to prioritize and assign resources appropriately.
- A working knowledge of pulp, power, or paper area operations is preferred, with an advanced knowledge of safety.
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with a group as a team member and lead by example while ensuring employee accountability to all department requirements.
- Willingness to work shift schedule as required.
