RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all cash, chip, token, markers and onboard account transactions.
• Responsible for providing outstanding customer service
• Responsible for banking assigned area accurately and swiftly demonstrating a high level of organization and tidiness.
• Responsible for the accurate and prompt performance on revenue counts
• Responsiblie in assisting in providing knowledge and guidance on Casino services, products and activities.
• Be familiar with all cruise services/features and activations to respond to Sailor inquiries accurately.
• Extend courteous salutations when guests leave outlet and invite them to return.
• Ensures that the set standards are kept and staff members work according to their respective job descriptions.
• Adheres to all health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cashier preferably in a Casino onboard a Cruise ship
• Passionate about people and able to handle guest complaints with a smile
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard crew members to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
