The Account Manager provides athletic travel support for the University of Arkansas, delivering highest personal service to coaches, athletes, and staff members. The role requires dependable punctuality and experience with domestic and international group and individual travel.

• Arrange all aspects of athletic individual travel including GDS domestic and international air, hotels, and car bookings.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel including group contract air, group hotel block, and charter bus bookings.
• Calculate and perform exchanges for group and individual travel, both domestic and international.
• Manage group hotel and bus invoicing to meet monthly deadlines.
• Understand Anthony Travel Group Airline Benefits, Preferred Bus and Hotel Programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers via phone and email correspondence.

• Five years travel agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Sabre or similar GDS preferred.
• Experience with air, car and hotel bookings.
• Knowledge of airline exchanges, group and individual pricing records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and other office PC programs.
• Strong judgement and decision‑making skills; ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Fast‑thinking and professional customer service skills; exceptional verbal and communication skills.
• Proven competence in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Must arrive to work promptly and regularly.
