Tempo Wealth is a fast‑growing, fee‑only financial planning firm based in Independence, Ohio. We are seeking a Paraplanner to join our expanding team and play a key role in building and updating complex financial plans. This position can be hybrid after a training period in the office.

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials

• Assist in preparing financial plans
  , analyses, and client reports
• Support the wealth planning team through financial planning research tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
• Client meeting preparation and follow up
• Data gathering from clients and other professionals and data entry into financial planning software
• Model scenarios for clients with executive compensation and stock‑based benefits
• Assist in creating planning deliverables, recommendation summaries, and client meeting materials
• Build, maintain, and update detailed financial planning scenarios, including retirement projections, cash flow analyses, tax‑sensitive planning strategies, equity compensation modeling, deferred compensation analyses, and concentrated stock planning

• Minimum 3 years paraplanning/planning experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn quickly
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Experience with eMoney platforms a plus
• FPQP or CFP designations not required, but would be a plus
