We’re looking for professionals who want to build their own financial services practice under the Allstate brand. As an Allstate Financial Specialist, you will grow your practice with support, flexibility, and access to new customers. You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business and support your access to new revenue streams.
Responsibilities- Build and manage your own financial services practice.
- Meet customers face‑to‑face and build deep relationships.
- Collaborate with licensed professionals within the agency to enhance customer relationships and generate leads.
- Leverage Allstate’s product offerings and continued education to support your business growth.
- At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer‑facing sales experience.
- State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
- FINRA (if applicable) licenses.
- Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
- Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred.
- Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with an emphasis on business preferred.
