We are working with a private equity‑backed manufacturing & energy solutions company to hire a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & FP&A to work alongside their C‑suite.

The company is growing and looking for someone who can weigh in on financial and overall business strategy, be a key member of the deal team for M&A transactions, own financial modelling, and automate FP&A practices. This role is highly visible across the organization and with private equity stakeholders.

• Right hand to CFO & Director, providing data‑driven insights to investors and telling story
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders
• Prepare executive‑level reporting packages and presentations for the Board, private equity sponsors, and lenders.
• Translate financial performance into clear narratives.
• Interact with PE owners on a daily basis.

• 4–10 years of progressive Finance & sell‑side transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Worked at or with PE portfolio companies
• Advanced financial modelling and analysis
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors
• Manufacturing/Energy/Engineering/Infrastructure industry experience preferred but not required
• Completely remote!
• Base salary up to $165k + bonus up to 100% of base salary + full stack benefits
