Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Consultant, Financial Analyst
Most life insurance plans are designed, sold, and then largely left alone. With premium-financed structures, that approach creates real risk – not just to performance, but to whether the plan holds together over time.
Veridion Insurance Partners is built specifically to solve that problem. We focus entirely on what happens after a policy is placed – how it performs, evolves, and continues to meet its intended objectives.
We are hiring a Life Insurance Performance & Case Design Lead to take ownership of how these plans perform over time. This is not a sales role or traditional case design. It is focused on evaluating, improving, and managing complex inforce structures, with an emphasis on performance, optimization, and long‑term sustainability.
The RoleYou will work across a large and growing portfolio of inforce life insurance plans, the majority of which involve premium financing, taking ownership of how they are evaluated, structured, and improved over time.
You will analyze structures designed by other firms, understand how they were originally built, and reconstruct them into a clear, standardized framework. From there, you will identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes as plans transition onto the Veridion platform.
Your work spans both onboarding and ongoing management.
At onboarding
, you will evaluate transitioned blocks of business, rebuild designs, and develop clear, client‑ready recommendations across portfolios ranging from individual cases to hundreds of financed clients.
Ongoing
, you will revisit plans as they evolve, interpret carrier illustrations, evaluate performance relative to expectations, and determine when adjustments are required to maintain alignment with intended outcomes.
You will assess whether plans are being funded as intended, how financing structures interact with policy performance, and take action where misalignment exists. This includes determining when plans require structural changes, additional funding, or alternative approaches to remain viable.
A defining aspect of this role is the breadth of exposure. You will work across plans created by a wide range of agencies, advisors, and institutions, spanning multiple carriers, product types, and design approaches. Some will be well‑structured, others will not, and the role requires quickly understanding unfamiliar designs and identifying what matters.
The work requires operating across multiple carrier platforms and illustration systems. You will not be working within a single ecosystem – you will need to move across systems efficiently, get up to speed quickly, and form independent judgment.
This role requires someone who can move beyond producing illustrations and take ownership of how plans perform in the real world.
You will work closely with onboarding, lending, renewal, and engineering teams, contributing to a more structured and scalable case design function.
You will also partner directly with the engineering team to improve how analysis, modeling, and decision‑making are structured and automated across the platform.
This position is expected to evolve into leading the case design function as the platform continues to scale, with direct exposure to leadership and influence over how the function is built.
You will be responsible for:- Evaluating and reconstructing inforce life insurance plans.
- Identifying structural risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting renewal decisions through ongoing policy and financing analysis.
- Operating across multiple carrier platforms and illustration systems.
- Developing clear, client‑ready recommendations.
- Contributing to a scalable case design function.
- Partnering with engineering to improve automation and modeling.
You have a strong foundation in advanced life insurance design and a clear understanding of how policies perform over time.
Most candidates will have experience in case design, advanced markets, or a similar role, often within a carrier, BGA, or planning firm. You are comfortable working with indexed universal life and other accumulation‑focused products and understand the key drivers of long‑term…
