Responsibilities

Pinnacle Pointe, a behavioral health system with over 25 years of experience, offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens, and adults in traditional clinic-based settings and also provide support through therapy sessions in schools or homes.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing applied behavioral analysis and community support services to clients on the Autism Spectrum who receive services through Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services in the home, community, school, or clinic. The RBT teaches daily living and social skills using effective, evidence-based treatments, collects and summarizes unbiased data during sessions, and implements training and therapy sessions designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

The RBT ensures high-quality, cost-effective health care consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university in a related behavioral health field for degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Providers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent for non‑degreed Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Both degreed and non‑degreed candidates must successfully complete 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician training.
  • Computer skills necessary.
