Direct Care Workers provide daily care and supervision at our youth facilities, requiring a passion for working with adolescents and offering an entry-level path into human services. They must be able to relate well to adolescents and provide a positive role model for youth.
Work Hours4 Days On/4 Days Off 10:15pm-8am;
Sat & Sun mornings get off at 9:30am
- Direct Care Workers must be at least 21 years of age; have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass all criminal and child abuse background checks as well as drug screening at employment and on-going including random drug screening.
