We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or LADAC to join our growing team in Pine Bluff.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and conduct individual counseling.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, tracking progress through the levels of care.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EMR system (Medicaid compliant).
Who We Are Looking For
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Arkansas license as an LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) OR LADAC (Licensed Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselor).
  • Note:

    Applications from fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT candidates are also welcome.
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong documentation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a desire to learn.
  • Passion: A genuine commitment to helping individuals recover from substance use disorders.
