Sterile Processing Technician - Ft-All Shifts

SPD Technician

Under the direction of the SPD Manager, a sterile processing technician is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing and assembling medical instruments and equipment and ensures all instruments are sterilized and properly stored, organized and readily available for surgical procedures. Additionally they maintain detailed records of sterilization process and follow strict safety protocols to prevent contamination. This position plays a crucial role in preventing infections and ensures patient safety in the operating room.

This position is based within Jefferson Regional.

Monday
- Friday:
Typical hours vary. Call coverage required 11:30 p.m.

-5:30 a.m. weeknights and 24-hour weekend coverage.
