** Zip Healthy is seeking a Senior Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our behavioral health practice on a part-time basis in Bentonville, Arkansas. This position is ideal for an experienced counselor looking for meaningful clinical work with the flexibility of a part-time schedule, supported by a collaborative team and full administrative infrastructure.

** Essential Duties*
* * Provide individual and/or couples therapy using evidence-informed modalities
* Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Participate in peer consultation groups
* Coordinate with other providers as clinically appropriate
* Adhere to ethical standards and Arkansas LPC licensing board regulations     
** Required Qualifications*
* * Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field from a CACREP-accredited program (or equivalent)
* Current, active, unrestricted LPC license in the State of Arkansas
* Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
* Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-informed therapeutic modalities
* Strong clinical documentation skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively     
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * Advanced certification (e.g., NCC, ACS, EMDR certification)
* Specialization in a high-demand area (e.g., trauma, anxiety disorders, adolescent therapy)
* Proficiency in a second language is valued, particularly languages spoken by our client population
* Private practice experience
* Telehealth experience

** Schedule
* * Part-time, flexible within Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Minimum 10 client hours per week.
