Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Little Rock, AR
Contract Position through Pro Care Therapy

Pro Care Therapy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team and support students in achieving their communication goals throughout the academic year.

Position Details:

Location:

Little Rock, AR and surrounding school districts

Schedule:

Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
Setting: K-12 public school environment

Start Date:

Upcoming school year
Contract Type: W-2 through Pro Care Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
