The Polysomnographic Laboratory Director will oversee the Sleep Lab within a 50+ bed facility dedicated to community-focused care
. This essential sleep medicine service supports the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders through accurate polysomnography, patient education, quality monitoring, and coordinated follow-up care. The Sleep Lab Director will help maintain regulatory readiness, advance testing standards, optimize workflows, support equipment and technology needs, and ensure that each patient receives attentive, efficient, and clinically sound care.

Reporting to senior clinical or hospital operations leadership, the Polysomnographic Laboratory Director will receive administrative support while maintaining responsibility for daily Sleep Lab operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, performance improvement, compliance, and patient safety. The Sleep Lab Director will mentor friendly nurses, sleep technologists, physicians, respiratory professionals, and a diverse team of healthcare specialists while strengthening communication and accountability across departments. This leadership role also offers the autonomy to evaluate protocols, develop staff competencies, monitor quality indicators, promote best practices, and support sustainable service-line growth.
