Venture Search Partners partner with some of the world's most innovative startups and high growth companies during their times of growth. When partnering with these companies our teams embed directly into these companies at various points of growth cycles to help expediate their growth, create/optimize talent acquisition workflows and work with some of the most talented leadership teams across the world building tomorrows products and tools.

Full Cycle Recruiters will get embedded and lead hiring for some of the most innovative companies during high growth periods. Venture Search Recruiters will have the ability to recruit some of the most talented individuals, using the most innovative tools and methods, while working with companies solving some of the most interesting problems!

Full Cycle Recruiters will embed directly with clients and own multiple requisitions and placing top talent. They will focus on:

• Job Description Creation
• Hiring Team Kick-Off Calls
• Create/lead sourcing plan with sourcers and coordinators
• Sourcing/Candidate disposition
• TA screening
• Candidate interview prep calls
• Data and process updates to provide overall for the hiring manager/team of the hiring process
• Candidate interview wrap-up calls
• Hiring team debrief
• Rejection feedback calls
• Offer creation, presentation and negotiations

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in agency or start up environments
• Experience in working on technical and purple squirrel roles
• Experience in using ATS(Preferably Lever or Greenhouse)
• Experience in using Linked In Recruiter and other technology sourcing platforms(Seek Out, HireEZ, etc.)
• Experience in offer negotiations, preferably offers that involve equity
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering and working with fast paced hiring managers
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes
• Ability to lead more junior members in sourcing, process implementation and working with hiring teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new sourcing technologies quickly
• Impact driven to get things done
