Suzano is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Pine Bluff, AR facility and support a small converting site in Waynesville, NC. The role partners with plant leadership, handles employee relations, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation to build a high-performing workforce.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with strong HRIS and MS Office skills.
