Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 base salary plus a 20% target bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives
• Oversee employee benefits administration and manage relationships with external vendors
• Partner with internal stakeholders on HR systems, employee records, and payroll-related processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate personnel documentation and support audit readiness efforts
• Assist with employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience
• Support organizational growth, change management, and other strategic people initiatives
