Senior Performance / Load / Integration Test Engineer Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Analyze system behavior, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance improvement recommendations.
- Validate end-to-end integration flows across APIs, applications, middleware, and databases.
- Perform API, backend, and data validation for integrated systems.
- Work closely with development, QA, business, and infrastructure teams for issue triage and resolution.
- Prepare test strategy, test scenarios, execution reports, and quality metrics.
- Support SIT/UAT/release cycles and ensure overall system readiness.
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Performance Testing / Load Testing / Integration Testing.
- Experience with tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Neo Load, Postman, SoapUI.
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, middleware, and databases.
- Experience in SQL, log analysis, monitoring tools, and performance bottleneck identification.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and enterprise application testing.

Remote-US Compensation Range
$78,000-$117,000
