Net Suite Functional Consultant Job Description

The Net Suite Functional Consultant is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Net Suite ERP solutions to meet client business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate these into effective Net Suite solutions. The Functional Consultant works closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide training and support to ensure a successful deployment and ongoing usage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Net Suite Solutions Consultant or Senior Functional Consultants in providing accurate estimate, tailor fit to the business requirements of potential clients
• Assist the the Net Suite Practice lead or Senior Functional Consultant in crafting Scope of Work for potential and existing clients
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, optimization and managed services for Net Suite projects, working closely with clients to understand their unique business processes and configuring Net Suite to align with their needs.
• Provide guidance on Net Suite best practices, offering strategic insights to optimize system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Conduct detailed interviews and workshops with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and challenges.
• Document business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by effectively communicating with stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring Net Suite solutions meet and exceed expectations as well as handling client escalations, as needed
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, fostering user adoption and ensuring clients are equipped to maximize the benefits of Net Suite. Offer ongoing support to address queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements to extend Net Suite functionality
