Field Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing technology organization with a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture. This role reports to the Sr. Group Manager, AMER Programs
, and works closely with Field Marketing Managers to support impactful marketing initiatives across multiple business segments.

• Support execution of webinars
  , workshops
  , large-scale in-person events
  , executive events
  , and third-party sponsor ships
  .
• Assist in building and maintaining sales enablement materials for pre- and post-event communications.
• Manage ongoing sales communication cadences to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Oversee procurement management and budget tracking to improve operational efficiency.
• Document program deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatability across regions.

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail),
  Microsoft Excel (managing complex spreadsheets), and Mac systems
  .
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams
  .
• Experience with Asana
  , Marketo
  , Salesforce
  , or Swoogo is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events, primarily within the West Coast region, when required.
• Candidates based on the West Coast or able to work Pacific Time Zone hours are preferred.
• Travel requirements are limited and based on event scheduling.
