The Role

We are seeking a Developer Advocate to play a vital role in supporting and enabling our developer ecosystem. You will be the bridge between developers and our product and engineering teams, providing deep technical expertise, proactive problem‑solving, and a commitment to exceptional service. Successful candidates will be self‑motivated and inspired to contribute in a fast‑paced, innovative startup environment where change is constant.

Responsibilities
  • Assist developers in integrating ’s APIs and SDKs, offering guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Diagnose and address technical issues related to development, deployment, and functionality.
  • Help maintain documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate self‑service support.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize disruptions for developers.
  • Provide feedback to enhance development tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly, especially to non‑technical individuals.
  • Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in developer support, software development, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and client‑side implementations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages used for building and consuming REST APIs (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
  • Understanding of HTTP methods, request/response structures, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Experience with debugging tools for troubleshooting API issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on exceeding developer expectations.
  • Experience engaging with developer communities and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops principles and practices.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
