Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with strong Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) experience to support a large-scale contract template initiative. This role will focus on creating, fixing, optimizing, and harmonizing Icertis templates while working closely with business and legal stakeholders. The consultant will manage a complex landscape of 250+ contract templates with potential future scope supporting millions of contract documents.

• Design, configure, and optimize Icertis contract templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve template-related issues including clauses, layouts, logic, and metadata.
• Lead template harmonization and standardization efforts across teams.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Perform functional testing and support UAT activities.
• Establish best practices for template governance and version control.
• Ensure templates are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs

• 5+ years of experience in CLM solutions with strong hands‑on Icertis (ICI) expertise.
• Proven experience building and managing complex Icertis contract templates.
• Experience working with large numbers of templates and standardization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, clauses, metadata, and workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, business‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in global or multi‑entity CLM environments.
• Exposure to large‑scale document repositories or contract migrations.
• Icertis certification(s). Background in Legal, Procurement, or Commercial contracting.
