• Support solution design and validate approaches with cross‑technology SMEs
• Deliver product demos, support Proof of Concepts, and assist in RFP responses
• Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams
• Support competitive analysis, technical marketing engagement, and events
• Contribute to expanding Service Now solution offerings across regions

• 5+ years overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years Service Now experience
• Hands‑on experience in ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / CMDB / CSDM / Discovery / Integrations
• Strong technical understanding of Service Now workflows and platform capabilities
• Service Now certifications (required)
• Ability to research options, propose multiple solution paths, and drive innovation
• Proactive, fast learner, motivated, and results‑oriented
• Knowledge of Service Now GenAI solutions is an advantage (NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, NOW LLM)
