What You’ll Do- Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and Word Press
. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.
- Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or Word Press.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices
, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines. - Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/Word Press capabilities.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.
- 3+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and Word Press
. - A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds
. - Proficiency in wire framing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS
, and responsive design principles. - Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.
- Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.
- Experience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow.
- Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.
- Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.
- Hours:
9 A.M. – 5 P.M. MST
, Monday to Friday - Requires a working level of written and spoken English
