To support clients in implementing UKG WFM software solutions, the remote full‑time Workforce Management Consultant will lead requirements gathering, configure system components, and deliver training to administrators and end users.
Key responsibilities:- Lead requirements gathering meetings with clients
- Provide product and subject matter expertise throughout the implementation process
- Configure system components and participate in testing cycles to ensure successful go‑live
- Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing Time & Attendance or Workforce Management software solutions
- Experience specifically with Pro WFM Advanced Scheduler is essential
- Strong client‑facing customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands‑on UKG Pro Workforce Management training provided if accredited WFD is not already obtained
