Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst
HRIS Support Specialist / SAP / Remote / Must work EST hours
Our client is a global water technology expert. They are looking to hire a HRIS Support Specialist on a contractual basis.
As a long term member of the HRIS team, you’ll be assisting the company by playing a key supporting role for multiple global HR Technology projects. A successful candidate will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive employee experience while advising the HRIS team on potential process improvements.
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience- Prior experience with HRIS platforms, HR Software experience (e.g. Workday, Success Factors, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, etc.) including application support, systems administration, configuration, and/or security administration
- Experience with Service Now, SAP C4C or related service center platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify the root causes of problems and proposing realistic and practical solutions to address them based on knowledge and understanding of the global organization and its operating environment
- Preferred (not required) certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, SCRUM, Workday, Success Factors SFX
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Act as HRIS owner for all system integrations, maintaining deep understanding of integration specifications, data mapping, and system dependencies.
- Provides technical support across all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues and technical training.
- Utilizes prior Success Factors, Workday, or other SaaS experience to define and solve complex global functional requirements, reporting, and security business needs.
- Serve as the liaison between the HR audience and IT support where needed
