Job Duties:
The Higher Education Institution Program Coordinator is responsible for one or more academic or social programs at an institution of higher education. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
- Master's degree in Industrial Technology, Computer Science, Health and Physical Recreation, Sports Management or related discipline.
- Experience developing or managing eSports programs in higher education or community based organizations.
- Technical proficiency in gaming software, streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, You Tube Gaming) and broadcasting hardware.
- Grant writing and budget management experience.
- Familiarity with student recruitment, retention and workforce development initiatives in higher education.
Salary Information: $40,000–$50,000
