This is a remote role for a Consultant, Employee Wellness Benefits. In this role, you will:

• provide input into product development, ensuring Vibe is uniquely positioned in the market,
• build relationships with employers,
• establish a broker partnership program, positioning Vibe as a preferred wellness solution for brokers across the US.

Broadly, you will act as a trusted advisor to employers and brokers, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service while addressing their needs. Additionally, you will manage accounts, provide strategic solutions, and build strong client relationships to promote wellness initiatives.

• At least five-years of experience as a health insurance broker.
• Knowledge of Insurance policies and plans related to employee wellness.
• Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Familiarity with alternative wellness practices or holistic health is a plus
• Someone who has adopted a variety of wellness practices into their life is a plus

Depending upon the individual, this may be a short-term, consulting engagement or a full-time role with options.
