Position: PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • PMP certification is an asset
