Program Manager

We're looking for a project manager to lead the rollout of a new product lifecycle management (PLM) system for a major aircraft completion program. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and working across cultures and time zones.

You'll be the business lead on this project, working alongside our client's IT team in France, who handle the technical side. Your job is to make sure the new system actually works for the people using it every day. You'll lead a team of about 10, including business analysts and subject matter experts.

This is a long-term role. We're hoping to find someone who wants to stay with the project for at least two years and grow along with it.

• Guide the project from kickoff through to close. Set the scope, build the schedule, watch for risks, and keep things on track.
• Build and lead your team of business analysts and subject matter experts.
• Share regular, clear updates with leadership and other stakeholders.
• Mentor other project managers and help build a stronger project management culture across the team.
• Work closely with the France-based IT team to make sure the system meets the needs of the business.

• A bachelor's degree (relevant work experience can substitute).
• At least 5 years of experience in aviation or in project management.
• At least 2 years of experience on a PLM system project.
• A PMP or CAPM certification.
• Fluency in French, with strong English communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (or similar), and JIRA.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including trips to France.

• Experience with 3DX PLM specifically.
• A background in engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
