NTT DATA is seeking an APD Team Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States.
Job Responsibilities- Develop, maintain and manage Advanced Planning Document (APD) and contract management efforts across the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) operations.
- Direct a project team and serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s leadership team on matters related to APD management and operations as well as contract oversight.
- Professionally engage and interact with the client on an ongoing basis.
- Perform, delegate, and manage the activities within the project team.
- Mentor PMO team members in APD development, contract management, federal policy matters, and project management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal policy in Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TANF, CCWIS and other federal programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess and capture program and project needs, and determine necessary financial resources.
- Manage project and program reporting at the State and Federal level for the client.
- Participate in monthly State and Federal meetings when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project status reports to the client and internal leadership team.
- 7+ years of experience working in a state government environment.
- 7+ years of project and program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience and expertise with Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP and other federal health and human services programs.
- Minimum 5 years of client‑facing delivery experience in the Medicaid Enterprise.
- Minimum 5 years of managing resources, projects, and programs in a multi‑vendor environment.
Starting pay range for this remote role is $101,052 – $210,526, reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
