Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Paper Tigers Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing/warehouse operation located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas (40 minutes from downtown Little Rock).

The Maintenance Technician is a day shift position with occasional after hours on-call responsibilities. The position requires electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance know-how on a variety of equipment types along with planning and problem-solving abilities.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a Maintenance Technician in our paper processing/converting operation in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This position is hands on and performs repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Experience in the Paper Industry is a plus.

• Experience with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Drive Systems, PLC’s, HMI’s, Motor Control Systems a plus
• Mechanical and Hydraulic experience - Preferred
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in an industrial setting – Preferred
• Prefer hands‑on assignments. Expect to spend 80% of time out in the warehouse
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal & communications skills
• Positive attitude toward workplace safety
• Self‑motivated with strong time management skills
