We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Operative to apply durable and consistent coatings to our sprinkler components. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, operating coating equipment, and maintaining quality control standards.

• Prepare metal components for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  
  Ensure consistent and high-quality finishes on all products
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and organised manner
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials as required
• Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures

• Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or finishing in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy components
• Good time management and organisational skills
