MARATHON STAFFING GROUP is hiring a highly skilled CNC Mazak Mill Operator / Set-Up Machinist in Arkansas. Ideal candidates will have direct Mazak machine experience and be able to set up, operate, and run Mazak milling equipment independently while producing quality parts.
Responsibilities include setting up and operating Mazak CNC machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring all parts meet tight tolerances. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Mazak experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers opportunities for overtime.
