• Oversee day-to-day performance of critical chemical production units, ensuring safe and compliant operations
• Drive plant efficiency and reliability through KPI ownership and structured problem-solving
• Lead, develop, and coach frontline leadership to strengthen technical capability and accountability
• Manage operational response to process deviations, supporting engineering projects and plant improvements

• Extensive experience in chemical or heavy industrial manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership background managing shift-based operations teams
