What you’ll be doing- Oversee day-to-day performance of critical chemical production units, ensuring safe and compliant operations
- Drive plant efficiency and reliability through KPI ownership and structured problem-solving
- Lead, develop, and coach frontline leadership to strengthen technical capability and accountability
- Manage operational response to process deviations, supporting engineering projects and plant improvements
- Extensive experience in chemical or heavy industrial manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership background managing shift-based operations teams
- In-depth understanding of process safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex process issues under pressure
You’re a hands-on operations leader who takes ownership of performance and safety in equal measure.
