Continuous Improvement Deployment Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Continuous Improvement Deployment Manager to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing organization.

The position is remote but requires frequent travel to plant locations; preferred candidates should live near plant sites and major airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the Tyson Lean MOS program, following the dedicated change management process.
  • Lead and/or participate in the deployment of Lean MOS processes across the entire manufacturing enterprise.
  • Ensure effective training, coaching, and development for plant personnel and peers.
  • Monitor and measure process improvement effectiveness, quantify cost savings, and publish weekly reports to leadership.
  • Mentor plant Lean leaders and peers with less experience in problem‑solving and Kaizen activities.
  • Teach all Smart Factory tools to plant and corporate personnel to drive adoption of Lean principles.
  • Identify best practices across the enterprise, review, and deploy approved practices.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional departments and stakeholders to achieve project milestones within timelines.
  • Utilize data‑driven insights to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, increase efficiencies, and reduce operating costs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Lean and continuous improvement skills with a background in process management.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, facilitating Kaizen activities, and using problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Power BI, Red Zone, and other Smart Factory applications.
  • Must reside in the United States; sponsorship not available.
  • 80% travel required; candidates should live near plant locations and a major airport to support frequent travel.
  • Must be able to work across all three shifts and participate in on‑site engagement.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $ – $ per year, plus an annual incentive plan. Benefits are provided on Day One of employment and include education assistance.
