Location:
Sheridan, AR – Onsite.
Competitive compensation:
Starting at $18.75 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.
Shift needed:
Weekend 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
We’re hiring Assembly Operator I for the Faucets Division at our Sheridan location.
Responsibilities- Perform all duties associated within the department.
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Read orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Convey materials and items from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Load wash baskets for washer.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets or shelves, or convey orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Physical capability:
Ability to perform essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more. - Screening:
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. - Reliability:
Consistent attendance and work performance. - Safety compliance:
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
