Material Support Operator

Location

Onsite – Sheridan, AR

Starting at $20.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for Weekend shift.

Weekdays: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 pm–3:00 am

We are looking for a Material Support 1 Operator in our Supermarket department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

• Pull orders to move, gather, or distribute products to internal and external customers.
• Pull materials and items from receiving areas to storage areas or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open bales, crates, and other containers.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution.
• Arrange stock parts in specified sequence.
• Enter records in the computer.
• Prepare parcels for shipping.
• Maintain inventory records.

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work above ground level while operating a powered industrial vehicle.
• Forklift experience.
• Order Picker, Reach Truck experience preferred.
• Forklift certification: in-house certification post-hire consisting of 3-day powered industrial vehicle training, medical questionnaire, and eye exam.
