Pay: $16.90 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday work as required.

Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America)

This position is a cross‑training opportunity within the Debone Department. The selected team member will be trained to learn and perform all aspects of the debone cone line operations, including both Class 7 and Class 4 positions. Upon qualification, the candidate will be promoted to class jobs.

• Maintain production efficiency.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Support line operations as needed.
• Operate and maintain line equipment.

• Safe handling and proper use of knives according to safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and agree to follow safety rules.
• Push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Work in damp, cold, or hot environments; reach above shoulder level.
• Stand 8–10 hours per day.
• Wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net, and beard guard.
• Be able to maneuver freely and climb up and down steps or stairs as needed.
• Have good hand/eye coordination.
